Welcome to my new blog about mental strength.Arnold Schwarzenegger once said "When you train you are not just building a body,You're building a mind capable of anything.In this blog i am going to discuss
1-How fitness and mind are related to each other?
2-What is Mental Strength?




Let me start with "What is mental strength",Mental strength cannot be gained by lifting weights,reading motivational quotes,You have to build this strength in your mind' ,and 'the only way to achieve this is to breathe in the positive energy.Your mind is a powerful thing,When you fill it with positive thoughts ,Your life will start to change.There is a saying that "Mental toughness is what got us through the game".Body can never change until and unless you have a strong mind,There are times in your life when you hear that little voice in the back of your mind, telling you to stop?'You cannot do this?Well ,"Mental strength can beat this ".When you train your mind,All this negative thoughts will be knocked out within a second and that's what Mental strength does -It helps a person to fight in difficult situations like a champion.

The biggest wall you've gotta climb is the one you build in your mind

Let me discuss  the second point now"How fitness and mind are related to each other?
Fitness  is not about just building muscles,there is a famous quote "To change your body you must first change your mind', and that mind can be changed when we train everyday with passion and heart.The positive energy you breathe in will keep your mind strong and that strong mind will keep your passion alive.When you are living your passion you can face any obstacle in life with full confidence.

Have you ever faced a situation in life when you feel like nothing is going good in your life ,You feel like giving up?

This is time where your mental strength works.Its hard to beat a mentally fit person in such situation because he is already prepared for it and no matter how tough the situation will become he will face it like a true champion.Some people will just train hard during this phase and throw out all negativity from mind because they know ,"A negative mind will only lead to depression".
Breathe in inspiration and positive thoughts and that will lead you to develop a strong mind.
